If you have already purchased access then you might have just hit the wrong button is all.

Step 1 – Go to the login page & login using the credentials sent to your email address you used in Step #1 of the purchase process as shown in the below image.

 

Step 2 is click on the image of the product you purchased which is located under the Red Button labeled Your Purchased Downloads as shown in the image above

If you are unable to locate your password then you can go to the Login Page and use the Reset Password Box. Enter the email address  you used in step #1 of the JVZoo purchase process as shown in the above (Step#1) image.
